The Cayman Islands are a British territory, so a valid passport is needed to enter the country. It cannot expire within six (6) months of your trip (Nov. 2025).

Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) is the main international airport for the Cayman Islands.

Many airlines fly directly to Grand Cayman from the United States.

DFW Flights:

American - connect through Miami

Southwest - connect through Orlando

United - connect through Houston

Delta - connect through Atlanta

Non-stop Flights:

IAH (Houston), LAX (Los Angeles), ATL (Atlanta)

MIA (Miami), JFK (New York), ORD (Orlando), CLT (Charlotte)

American - connect through Miami

Jet Blue - connect through JFK

Delta - connect through ATL

United - connect through Houston

When entering the island you will be given a white immigration card in your passport.

You will need this card to leave the island, so make sure to keep it in a safe place!

When you arrive, you'll find plenty of taxis, waiting outside of baggage claim. They are mostly six to eight passenger vans, which can accommodate all your luggage and/or large groups.

The drive to Ritz/Seven Mile beach is only 10-15 minutes.
