How do I RSVP?
Please formally RSVP online by March 15, 2025.
Please indicate any food allergies in the comment section.
Where should I stay?
The official wedding room block is located at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. The room block rate is $689/night (regularly $1200+/night). Reservations must be booked by April 1, 2025. The Ritz will serve as the pick-up and drop-off location for the Rehearsal Dinner. You are also welcome to drive yourself in your car or a taxi.
However, if accommodations are unavailable there, there are several hotels or condominium rentals located within five minutes of the Ritz along the same beach, making everything very convenient. We suggest:
-Westin Grand Cayman, 0.4mi from Ritz, about a 7min walk.
-Sunshine Suites, great budget friendly option, includes use of all Westin's amenities.
-Marriott Resort, 1.4mi from Ritz, great mid-price range.
-Kimpton Seafire Resort, 2.5mi from Ritz.
-Coral Stone Club, 2-3BR condos and next door to Ritz.
-Villas of Galleon, 2-3BR condos and next door to Ritz.
Another option we recommend is renting a house or condo through AirBNB or VRBO. Everything on the island is fabulous, you cannot go wrong!
If the Room Block is full, what do I do?
There are currently a limited number of rooms on the room block. If you try to book and it says that its unavailable, it is possible for us to add additional rooms based on availability. If this happens, please reach out to Kyle or Erin and we will do our best to make it happen!
The room block rate is available beginning Wednesday, May 21 through Wednesday, May 28. If you'd like to stay longer, we're happy to put you in touch with our Reservation Coordinator.
What is the Dress Code?
Rehearsal Dinner Attire (Saturday, May 24) is vacation chic.
For the ladies, we suggest wearing a bright beachy dress or skirt, one that you might wear out to dinner on vacation.
For the men, we suggest a long or short sleeve button down (cotton or linen) with slacks or nice shorts, no suit and tie required.
The Wedding attire is cocktail.
For the men we prefer a suit, but a tie is not required. Linen suits are encouraged. Please no jeans or flip flops.
For the ladies, we suggest a bright cocktail short or midi dress, since it will be warm.
We will only be in the grass for the ceremony so heels should not be a problem, but a wedge or flats will be most comfortable.
Are children invited to attend?
Absolutely! If you plan on bringing your little ones and want them to attend, please reach out to Kyle or Erin. We can also put you in touch with babysitting services.
Are the Cayman Islands safe?
Yes! The Caymans Islands are one the safest destinations in the world. Their top two sources of revenue are banking and tourism, so they keep everything in pristine, clean and safe condition. Taxis are easily accessible and the drivers are friendly and proud of their home. If you have an emergency of any kind, you can dial 911.
